WEINIG OptiCut S 90: The universal entry model

WEINIG OptiCut S 90-Serie

The OptiCut S90 is defined by its universality Whether you want to cut packages, profiles or even rods – individually or as part of a series – all this is possible with the OptiCut S 90, usually without having to make adjustments to the machine. The entry-level model can handle weights of up to 100 kg with a positioning precision of ± 0.5 mm. Cutting in packages leads to a multiplication of the cutting capacity. Together we will find the best solution for your production. The OptiCut S 90 offers a variety of upgradable options (e.g. for optimization, sorting or workpiece marking).

Technical Details

Highest value

WEINIG cutting solutions are automated cross-cut lines with high performance capacity and maximum safety. Cross-cutting is one of the most important processes in solid wood processing, as this is where the material yield is decided. With the intelligent software of our optimizing cross-cut saws you always get the maximum yield out of your material. The operator only marks the defective areas and/or different quality ranges, and the machine does the rest by itself: accurately, quickly, with minimum waste.

Fully-fledged optimization already in the standard model

The OptiCut adapts flexibly to the future development of your business: Many options can be upgraded at a later date. For example, every OptiCut with automatic length measurement and wood defect detection is a fully-fledged optimizing cross-cut saw. Useful additions include printers for clear marking of the workpieces and/or mechanization options at the machine infeed and outfeed with additional stacking options via the OptiCut Stacker automated stacking units.

Increased performance for one-man operation

Our optimizing cross-cut saws can be easily automated so that you can assign more complex tasks to your employees. Mechanization solutions such as cross-feeding, where the machine can be automatically fed from a hopper feeder, offer an enormous increase in performance.

Future-oriented and flexible

Adjust the OptiCut to your individual needs. From a simple standard machine to a fully automated cross-cutting line, we offer you tailor-made peripherals in a modular system. Generate the best cutting results with minimum personnel expenditure at consistently high daily outputs.
