WEINIG Turbo-LH 6000: Production of construction timber elements

WEINIG Konstruktionsanlagen

The Turbo-LH 6000 is a shaper combination with a package width of up to 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of up to 300 mm and a timber feed in length of 900 - 6,000 mm.

The press system of the extrusion press (6 m/12 m) can achieve a performance of up to 80 m/min. Our new through-feed press DKK with a production performance of up to 160 m/min can be used for higher capacities with any outfeed length.

The GreconLine offers you mechanizations that are individually customized to your production process for this and all other finger jointing lines. For example, an infeed mechanization consisting of a cross conveyor, a double packaging station with a roller conveyor and a package cross feeder. During the mechanization operation, the wood panels with different lengths are pushed in parallel over the ejecting edge in the center. This procedure ensures rapid and trouble-free operation.
