The SOLID GRIND 985 S is a high-precision grinding machine for planing cutterheads. Because the knives are sharpened in the cutterhead the result is an outstanding true running accuracy. The basis for the high precision of the machine is the massive spindle carrier. Due to the fully automatic operation, the SOLID GRIND 985 S achieves a consistent high quality finish on the knives.
