Cutterheads should be re-balanced when hydro
sleeves are replaced, or when heads are
accidentally nicked by improper grinding
procedures. Re-balancing a cutterhead now will
quickly pay for itself in better quality finish
and reduced downtime in the future.
Machine
Inspection/Evaluation -
Our technical staff can visit your facility to
measure and inspect the condition of your
moulder.
The completed report becomes very helpful for
understanding the machine condition and to
predict remaining life of any wearing
components. We are also able to mail or fax
these detailed reports to guide you and your
maintenance staff through performing your own
machine evaluation. Either way - our parts staff
can interpret the reports to make helpful
replacement parts evaluations.
