Try it for yourself! In addition to Tooling & Supplies, we have added some common replacement parts, such as belts and feed rollers, etc. to our new and improved Shopping Cart. Check there first, and if you cannot find what you are looking for, there are easy contact links and a Manual Order Form on the cart page. Click the Tooling/Parts menu item above.

Parts Ordering Instructions

We must have the following information to order parts:

• Customer Name

• Contact Name and Phone Number

• Shipping Instructions and Shipping Address

• Machine Model and Serial Number

• After locating the part in the appropriate parts manual, include the quantity, part number (if available), page number, and item reference number.

• Make certain you are in the section of the parts manual that matches the specific area of the machine for which parts are needed. (We recommend keeping a complete set of drive belts on hand at all times.)

• Get the number from the actual replacement part for electrical parts and motors.

• Get the casting number on parts made of cast iron.

• You may include this information on a regular email sent to partsales@weinigusa.com , but it may be more accurate if you use the pre-formatted order form.

• There is a manual Parts Order form on the Parts Department Shopping Cart.

• Additional notes to help our staff correctly identify parts would be beneficial.
