The installation process for new or used machinery can be a very tedious, stressful, and time-consuming process unless you are a trained technician. Our technical team is available to properly install your machine, and then provide up-to-date training for your employees.
Our technical staff can visit your facility to measure and inspect the condition of your moulder. The completed report becomes very helpful for understanding the machine condition and to predict remaining life of any wearing components. We are also able to mail or fax these detailed reports to guide you and your maintenance staff through performing your own machine evaluation. Either way - our parts staff can interpret the reports to make helpful replacement parts evaluations.
Powermat Spindle Diagnostic Service
Call us regarding an evaluation of the condition of your POWERMAT spindle. With the use of our Test Kit, a trained technician can determine the condition of your spindles, and whether any are in need of replacing. It is recommended that your spindles be thoroughly diagnosed and evaluated after two years of operation or after a tool crash. After the initial spindle test check, it is then recommended to be repeated annually.
