We value your privacy as well as your business. We will not provide your contact information to anyone outside of our company for any reason.
For further security when using this Shopping Cart, all credit card numbers sent to the Weinig America Grinding Service office are split in half and sent via 2 separate encrypted messages. Credit cards are processed off-line in the conventional manner from our offices. Your credit card number will not appear in any communication emails.
We do not retain credit card numbers on our server. But as a consequence of this added security, you must re-enter the card number each time it is used.
The same provisions apply to Purchase Order numbers if submitted. They are not retained on our server, so if you choose to view past orders on-line, the Purchase Order number or any credit card data will not be available or displayed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and it will contain the Purchase Order number if used. Please retain these confirmations if you think you need to check back to verify a Purchase Order number.
