Valu-Rip III Plus makes the most of your materials:

The Valu-Rip III Plus will get the best value from material, in the correct quantity and at the right time. 17 points measure board width and determine board shape and crook. This will allow crooked boards to be straightened with no missed edges. The system displays the optimized rip solution on the board via laser lights and allows the operator to over-ride the solution using a simple touch screen.

Embedded simulation software manages workflow and outlines the optimum scenario based on material, cut list and desired yields. With Valu-Rip III Plus, you can predict your rough mill yields and improve the quality of your product being ripped.
