stock, panel layup and gluing used to be a time
consuming and tedious process. Not any more.
Technological advances in the manufacture of glues
for a wide variety of applications has now been
matched by innovative designs from the press
division of Dimter.
The ProfiPress "L" Series high frequency edge
gluer is designed for small production runs and
takes up little floor space. A patented movable
fence eliminates spacer boards needed for small
pressloads. Engineered for both high production and
the flexibility to produce individual orders in less
than a minute make the ProfiPress "L" worth a look.
The ProfiPress "T" Series high frequency edge
gluers will automatically assemble panels and can
press layups of different widths and lengths all at
the same time. For higher production, a programmable
cutoff saw at the outfeed of the press will
precision-cut panels without additional handling.
The ProfiPress "C" Series is the "Big Brother" of our press
line. These custom built units can handle thin core
material to heavy laminated beam stock and
everything in between. Infeed and outfeed material
handling systems can also be part of these complete
press lines. Press widths from 6 to 54 feet.
