Adjustable Table
Rollers -
All Unimat Series moulders come with
full-width table rollers. Scrapers keep the
table rollers clean for safety and positive
feeding.As an additional standard
feature, all table rollers are adjustable
for different ingoing timber conditions.
Keep them down at the regular setting for
most planing and profiling work, but you can
also raise them up for better feeding of wet
and/or green ingoing material.

Short Stock
Attachments -
Weinig Research & Development has created
many small modification parts and
attachments for specific applications when
running small or short or pre-tenoned stock.
Just a few of these are:
- Reduced-Distance Gearbox -
For short and rough production, this is
a gearbox that puts an extra driven feed
roller directly in front of the right
spindle. It is adjustable laterally for
knife clearance and gets power from the
standard drive shaft forward of the
right spindle. It can be used with any
standard feed rollers, and conveniently
pivots up and out of the way for easy
tool changes on the right spindle. Can
be easily retrofit if required in the
future.
