Standards Redefined - The Powermat 1000
The Powermat 1000 has all the advantages of
the new generation of moulders and offers great
performance with ample flexibility.
The standard version is well equipped, but there are
hundreds of available options to prepare you for the
future. With up to 11 cutterhead positions, the
Powermat 1000 can be customized to handle the
most demanding applications.
PowerLock tool system is standard. Run both
PowerLock heads and your conventional tooling. The
PowerCom touch screen moulder control with network
linking removes the paper trail between the moulder
and the tool room and puts an end to mistakes. Even
the profile drawing appears on the screen for the
operator to see instead of fumbling through stacks
of outdated paper drawings.
The new Vario hood
system for the pressure elements is the finishing
touch on an already fast system. Single point
adjustment for both the radial and axial motion of
the top and left chipbreaker and pressure shoe. No
more changing chipbreaker shoes for each profile! No
more guessing about proper clearance. Just match the
numbers and run.
Put all these together and throw in some nice
touches like extendable feed roller shafts and all
powered table rollers, and the term "Standard
Equipment" takes on a whole new dimension.
