The Memory System is standard on some Weinig
moulders and is
the very definition of simple. No moving parts, no
hard drives, no fans.
The small controller is
connected with digital readouts on as many axes as
you desire. When a profile is run, you just press
Save and all the settings are ready to recall next
time, whether it's the next day or the next year.
Either manual adjustment or motorized adjustment of
some or all of the spindles on any moulder can be
controlled by the Memory System. It's your choice.
Recalling any of the 99 stored profiles is as easy
as dialing a phone. Differences in cutterhead sizes
from re-sharpening are as easy to save as the
profile itself.
Even pressure shoe and chipbreaker settings are
saved as part of each individual profile. No more
guessing on each setup. The Memory System never
forgets if you made a special fine-tune adjustment
on a particular profile and will tell you if the
profile is matched exactly.
