EasyCom is a Windows-based solid state touch screen controller for automatically positioning multiple spindles on most models from Weinig.

A major step up from Memory Set, this compact controller is mounted on a swing arm for easy access during setup. Tool sizes as well as profile sizes are retained and can be called up or modified at any time. Can be run in either inches or metric.

The intuitive, graphic-driven interface is easy to use and also very powerful. Minor adjustments to a particular profile can be saved and brought up next time the profile is run.

It even comes with an included camera to take a snapshot of any profile or any tool and automatically uses this as a graphic check for the operators, instead of just numbers or human memory.

Unlike some others, all Weinig CNC controlled axes can also be adjusted manually if necessary, and are not computer-dependent for positioning.

It can also be configured to supply position numbers to match on a manual axis as well as automatic positioning for other axes. The choice is yours. Only from Weinig!
