It starts with the small and simple hopper feeders like the EM 11. All new Weinig moulders have the mounts for this popular feeder already installed. It is a simple hydraulic feed that can be used for any width material and random lengths.

Other hopper-type feeders are available, from belt systems that push from below, to air-powered systems that push from the end for consistent length stock.

For higher speed machines and multiple moulder lines, nothing keeps a moulder full like a lateral chain type feeder. Available from very compact units up to big feeders for stock 20 feet long, a lateral chain gives your operator a buffer between the stack and the moulder for grading, sorting and proper orientation. The automatic infeed wheels take another board when the moulder needs it.

On the outfeed end, the Weinig Group has automatic outfeed and return systems for every application including automatic stackers. Complete turn-key systems available.
