Hydromat 1000

Predecessors of the new Hydromat 1000 have been the most popular high speed moulder in the North American market. Space-saving and compact, the Hydromat 1000 can run up to 200 ft. per minute.

Both the 5 and 6 spindle versions have historically worked well as stand alone machines, and are easily integrated into production lines with the wide range of material handling options available.

The best of both worlds, with outboard bearings for wide and heavy profiles, and the ability to run without the outboard bearings for small cross sections or those short runs where jointing is not efficient.

Remote-controlled jointers are standard. Both profile jointers and straight knife jointers can be specified on some or all of the spindles, and each can be used without removing the other one.

The Weinig cassette jointer system allows alignment of the jointer stone to the profile head in the tool room, while the moulder is running something else. Counter-profile pressure element setting has never been easier with the new Weinig Counter-Profile System. No more screws or nuts or washers. Just snap in the pre-set hard chromed pressure element and run!

The famous heavy duty spindles are still standard, with or without outboard bearings. Short runs or long runs, the Hydromat 1000 does both with ease.
