Fingerjointers From GRECON - Recover high value with low cost.

Grecon fingerjointers are the new, innovative and compact solutions for adding value to every bit of your expensive raw timber.

New processes and machines built with a modular design let you think about fingerjointing like never before. Once the domain of only large plants, the rising cost of lumber and labor can be controlled by just about any size shop.

The compact ProfiJoint series is designed for small shops and specialty operations like fingerjointing hardwoods in small quantities. New methods and tooling allow fingerjoints that are practically invisible and don't look like the joints that we all have seen in the past.

If you need more production than the ProfiJoint series can provide, take a look at the Ultra series. Still compact by design, the Ultra can fingerjoint large cross-sections and longer pieces. Still fast and easy to operate.

The next step is the CombiPact, that can do either vertical or horizontal joints, reverse profiles and half shoulders. About any type joint you can think of - automatically. Of course, the modular design lets you start with what you need now, and add to its capability later.

For very high production in the North American style, Grecon developed 2 models of high-speed flat joint fingerjointers that you will have to see to believe. The HS120 Series and the HS180 Series can run up to 180 lugs per minute and complete 12 pressing cycles in a single minute.

This kind of speed really shines when coupled with Grecon innovations like the automatic lug loader and the ability to scan the pieces before they enter the press and automatically reject any defective stock before it winds up in a finished piece.

Reliable and fast, the HS120 and HS180 will change the old way of thinking that fingerjointers were temperamental machines that required lots of experience and constant maintenance.
