The Grecon HS120 and HS180 - High Performance Horizontal Lines

With capacities of up to 180 lugs per minute, these are the fastest horizontal fingerjointers in the world.

Coupled with press lengths up to 40 feet, press power up to 16 tons and up to 12 cycles per minute, finished stock can exit these lines at up to 240 ft. per minute. Also with motorized thickness adjustment and programmable length cutting.

Speed is only half the equation with the HS Series. Add the Brush Feeder/Lug Loader or the Automatic Spinfeeder and run the entire line with only one operator.

We use a glue delivery system by Apquip, which has been an industry standard for many years. Precise adhesive application with low maintenance and easy cleanup.

Automatic press loading and scanning of the individual pieces for quality and squareness before they enter the press, with automatic ejection of malformed pieces saves time, labor and expense.

An innovative and integrated lug alignment device at the infeed saves tedious hours when lug alignment is necessary. Wide, belt driven cutting elements on Weinig Spindles run without vibration rendering direct drive machines obsolete. Adjustments via dial indicators to 1/100mm.

Main profile spindles are available in 1-13/16" or 50mm diameter and can handle most any type of tooling up to 10 1/2 inches in diameter.
