The demand for high-precision joints and even more speed has led Grecon to develop the CombiPact Series fingerjointers for horizontal or vertical joints, butt joints and special profiles. The market demanded a machine with the speed of a horizontal line and the flexibility of a packet line.

The speed comes from having opposing spindle stations for one-pass finished products and an exclusive speed-dependent table positioning for uninterrupted material flow.

The precision comes from the basic design of having both shaping units mounted on the same frame, minimizing vibration and flex and using up much less floor space than other machines.

Available in 6 configurations, the CombiPact engineering shows in its simplicity and strength. All the elements of a shaping station are driven from a single location. No more motors connected directly to the saw or head, inducing vibration into the product, and much less maintenance.

The patented Flankenjet glue system is standard for 30% less glue waste, and the automated press infeed has inverter-controlled drum motors and programmable length cutting.
