All the features of the famous OptiCut 450 Quantum with some extra engineering for a demanding segment of the wood processing industry.

Designed especially for fingerjointing operations, the OptiCut 450FJ+ can cut very short pieces at incredible speeds, and can separate the waste from the good pieces reliably.

The specially arranged feed rollers are key to driving and controlling the pieces through the saw. The intelligently controlled servo driven waste gate enhances the efficiency by opening the chute only the required amount, and is fitted with a pressure shoe controlled according to length that prevents slow movement.

It goes without saying that this model is also fitted with the clever VarioSpeed feed system.

HighGrip rollers, specially designed for the type of wood, apply pressure to the workpiece for accurate positioning. The positioning is supported by the independently driven length measurement system. This special saw unit can be controlled precisely, which enables cutting times as fast as a blink of an eye.

Its outstanding performance makes the OptiCut 450 FJ+ particularly suitable for use with automatic feeding systems, LUXSCAN scanners and the high performance OptiCut Stacker; it can also be interlinked directly to feed the GRECON Spinfeeder for the high speed fingerjointing lines of the GRECON HS-Series, for example.
