The OptiCut 200 Series is engineered for speed and durability and is available in several versions for particular applications:

The OptiCut 200 Performance gives you feed speeds up to 592 ft. per minute and all the features you expect from Dimter like non-contact measuring, full optimization of ingoing boards up to 20 feet and automatic sorting.

The OptiCut 200 Elite increases the feed speed up to 790 ft. per minute for even more production.

The OptiCut 200 Exact also has the increased feed speed as well as a unique Dimter innovation that uses a grid of lasers after the saw to check and correct the cut accuracy. Tolerances at high speed of +/- 0.020".

The OptiCom Direct control and state-of-the-art Dimter software provide maximum material yield through optimizing and defecting of the ingoing lumber.

The VarioSpeed, a Dimter patent, minimizes the gap between the ingoing boards to the saw. This unique and important feature can increase the saw output up to 20%. Gap minimization is one more Dimter feature to separate us from the competition.

The Waste Gate, a Dimter patent, is a great asset to the sorting line. Only the good pieces are transported to the kickers and are sorted according to your specifications.

The OptiCut 200 Series adapts to may different infeed and outfeed options such as automatic de-stacking and stacker systems, outgoing board marking and several other features to allow the customization of the saw to your specifications.
