The OptiCut S90 Series - There is no longer
any reason to be without todays cross-cutting
technology!
The OptiCut S90 is the big brother of the S50
and offers more output, bigger cross sections,
automatic sorting, integrated waste gate and
increased accuracy. It is a flexible machine that
can be tailored to your application.
The OptiCut S90 is equipped with Dimter's
OptiCom Direct control and an easy to use touch
screen so that all your tasks can be accomplished
with ease. Switching between different jobs is a
simple as selecting the corresponding cut list
without interrupting production. Should you require
cutting a single piece, just touch the manual mode
on the screen and enter the desired length, place
the board against the fence and push Cycle Start.
All OptiCut saws come with full optimizing
capabilities.
Available in 4 versions, the
OptiCut S90 has something for everyone:
The OptiCut S90 Speed increases the output
with a faster pusher and loading method to achieve
the highest output of any push feed saw on the
market today. The integrated waste gate and sort
line, in combination with the kickers, simplifies
the sorting of the now optimized material.
The OptiCut S90 Exact - Precision at its
best. When highly accurate cutting is required, this
model of the DIMTER S90 series is exactly your
machine. Lateral pressure elements improve the
angular accuracy, while the pusher system achieves a
positioning accuracy of up to +/- 0.004". With an
especially accurate saw aggregate this saw satisfies
the highest demands of quality cross-cutting.
The OptiCut S90 XL stands for Extra Large
with good reason: How about pieces up to 16 1/2"
wide or 8" tall and weighing up to 330 lbs.? Each
can be cut directly after a piece that may have been
only 3/4" X 3/8". This puts the OptiCut S90 XL
in its own class.
The OptiCut S90 is a truly turn-key
operation. Put it on your floor, connect power and
air, and everything you need to start cutting
product immediately is included.
A very useful option is identifying each cut piece
with its own marking which helps downstream
operations. Pieces can be marked with a laser
printer, ink-jet printer or bar code label with manual or
automatic applicator.For added efficiency, the
OptiCut S90 Series can be linked directly to any
of the Weinig moulders or planers as well as
tenoning or end-matching machines to eliminate extra
material handling and personnel for streamlined
operation. |
