It all begins with a Raimann rip saw - producing only the widths you need - when you need them.
 

The ripped material is then fed into a Weinig Powermat 1000 to plane and profile the stock into stile and rail material. Profile changeover in minutes allows extra flexibility.
 

Another innovative solution, a lateral chain infeed for the Dimter OptiCut S90 optimizer lets the user choose which profile is optimized with no changeover time!

The Dimter OptiCut S90 has the desired production requirements downloaded automatically, and will optimize the ingoing lengths for the absolute best yield between stiles and rails.

The lengths cut for rails are automatically transferred to a Friulmac T-Rex tenoner to meet up with the stiles at the outfeed.

The entire process is automated, eliminating human error, and the entire production process is tracked with detailed efficiency reports from MillVision Pro.
