North American Delegation Participates In WEINIG High-Speed Days

WEINIG recently hosted a unique event where a delegation representing companies from the United States and Canada visited factories in the United Kingdom and Germany to observe and discuss fully-mechanized production lines. Of particular interest to the delegation was the wide range of applications for high-speed moulders in tandem with other state-of-the-art processors.

Participants were welcomed to the manufacturing facilities along the tour where they had opportunities to observe and pose questions of their hosts as they gained new insight and perspective into applications for their own production lines back home.

The visit concluded with a tour of WEINIG’s factory in Tauberbischofsheim, Germany, where the delegation further explored new production ideas in detail with technical experts. Participants agreed that the tour was especially enlightening in that they were
able to see first-hand the extensive product line and capabilities WEINIG offers for solid wood processing.
