WEINIG America Hosts Industry EXPO events in the US and Canada

WEINIG Hosts Invitational Southeast EXPO in Mooresville, N.C.

Brochures for woodworking machinery sales service

WEINIG’s Mooresville facility hosted an invitational EXPO for many of its customers in the Southeast, Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, 2009.

WEINIG agents and their customers from the states of TX, AL, TN, GA, SC, FL, and NC participated in the event which focused on demonstrations of three targeted products.

While most of the 33 guests, representing 16 companies, expressed initial interest in the EconoRip’s low cost ripping solution and the Unimat 800’s heavy duty moulder capacity to handle deep profiles and large cross sections, many were surprised to learn of the OptiCut S-35 chop saw’s ability to eliminate bottlenecks in production while providing the highest rate of return on the investment.

Each EXPO guest took full advantage of the unique opportunity to ask important questions, specific to his / her individual production, of the application engineers, service technicians and product specialists which greatly enhanced the quality of their visit.

WEINIG Participates in EURO Technology Ontario Event

WEINIG agency for the Ontario area of Canada, Taurus Craco, welcomed customers to its facility for the Euro Technology Event April 30 – May 2. The event was designed with the customers’ convenience in mind as it included four concurrent open house-type events jointly hosted by WEINIG, Biesse, Homag, and SCM. This special arrangement allowed customers to receive individual demonstrations for machines of special interest relative to their production needs, as well as quality one-on-one discussion time with product specialists who addressed their unique applications and questions.

Of particular interest to WEINIG customers were the Powermat 1000 Performance moulder with 12,000 RPM tool holders and the ValuRip III Plus which was on display for the first time in the Ontario area. Sam Bruno of Décor Pillars was particularly impressed with the advantages offered by the 16 points of measurement of the ValuRip III Plus which provides improved ripping solutions for optimization of the board without operator assistance. WEINIG also featured both the OptiCut S-35 and S-50 chopsaws, the Unimat Gold moulder, the KM 310 2M gang ripsaw assisted by ValuRip III Plus, and the R960 grinder for value-added efficiency in optimal tooling maintenance.

Woodworking industry leaders are planning their next moves as the global economy dictates a leaner, more cost effective, production plan to ensure survival and prosperity for the future. Be sure you include the outstanding advantages of WEINIG products in your plans for maximum profitability.

Let us show you the valuable ways that WEINIG is ForWood Thinking!
