Shipping & Returns

Shipping Options:

We have all shipping methods available. Standard procedure is to ship UPS ground, but if you choose overnight delivery or FedEx, please indicate your preferred method or company in the Shipping Information box provided during checkout. Some flammable or corrosive items cannot be shipped air freight. We will contact you using the information provided in your account data if there is a conflict.

Some items must be shipped by truck. We will use the least expensive freight rates available unless you specify a certain carrier.

For emergency shipments, courier service directly to the Charlotte Airport for counter-to-counter or door to door delivery is available, but there are additional costs for this expedited type of shipping.

30 Day Return Policy:
 
All returns must be made within 30 days of the sale ship date.  Items must include a Weinig Return Authorization Form.  Please call our office at 877-548-0929 for RGA information.

Credit will be applied for part only less 10% restocking fee when the customer has returned goods at their expense.  Customer will be responsible for all freight charges and goods must be packaged properly to insure no damages occur in transit.  Damaged goods cannot be considered for credit.
